We all know that being healthy is important, but what does healthy actually mean? We often hear different ideas about what food is nutritious and how much physical activity we need. To get more information we looked at the Live 5-2-1-0 guideline that includes four simple daily recommendations for overall good physical and mental health: eat five or more fruits & vegetables, limit screen time to no more than 2 hours, be active for at least 1 hour and drink ZERO sugar-sweetened beverages.
